At Nelson Inspection Services we believe the inspector’s most important role is that of an educator.  To this end, Duane regularly gives presentations to first time home buyers concerning the inspection process.  As a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Duane is required to log 24 hours of continuing education annually.  Since forming Nelson Inspection Services in 2000, Duane has conducted over 700 inspections for home buyers, sellers, insurance companies and relocation companies.  Duane has 25 years of experience as a homebuilder and re-modeller making him uniquely qualified to locate and identify many different issues that have, or may in the future affect the longevity of the dwelling.
